YorkHoist shop technicians can perform onsite repairs or inspections at any YorkHoist service center. Our shop technicians can repair or inspect electric hoists, manual hoists, slings, rigging equipment, and more for your convenience.
To schedule a shop repair, contact our Project Coordination Team to arrange for a pickup at your facility or to let us know that you're shipping your equipment to us. A YorkHoist shop technician will perform a complete unit diagnostic and submit a repair quote for your approval. Once the repairs have been completed, YorkHoist will ship the unit back to you or arrange for delivery at your location.
As soon as a unit arrives at a YorkHoist Service Location, it is immediately disinfected and tagged for shop work. After the shop work has been completed, the unit is disinfected again before being delivered back to you. All tools used during the repair are also disinfected prior to and after use and all YorkHoist Shop Technicians follow procedures outlined by the CDC and OSHA.
All units repaired at a YorkHoist Service Location will receive a complimentary inspection and load test prior to being returned to you. You can rest assured that your unit will be ready to use once it arrives at your facility.
