COVID-19 UPDATES

UPDATES TO YORKHOIST OPERATIONS

HCRBrands is committed to the health and safety of our workforce, their families, and our customers. As you are aware, the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve for both individuals and businesses.

As of June 8, 2020, our physical locations are fully open for employees only. Our locations remain closed to outside contractors, customers, and vendors. To schedule service, please call (800) 846-1224.

Our Crisis Response Team continues to monitor the changing situation and will adjust our operations as necessary. We appreciate your continued business and understanding during these challenging times. If there is anything we can do to support you our your business please do not hesitate to contact your local Territory Sales Representative or our Customer Service Team.


CURRENT STATUS:

HCRBrands and YorkHoist are currently open for business. As of June 8, 2020, our physical locations are fully open for employees only. Our locations remain closed to outside contractors, customers, and vendors. To schedule a drop-off or pickup of equipment for shop repairs or sanitizing services, please contact our Project Coordination Team at projectcoordination@hcrbrands.com or (800) 846-1224 x 1030. If you currently have a visit scheduled at one of our facilities, we ask that you contact your HCRBrands representative to arrange a video chat instead.


CHANGES WE HAVE MADE:

To help do our part as a responsible employer and community member we have implemented the following changes to our daily operations:

  • All HCRBrands locations are following CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, including requiring a company provided mask, daily temperature checks, and advising employees to not report work if they or a family member are sick.
  • Frequently touched surfaces are being disinfected before, during, and after each shift.
  • All office layouts have been rearranged to allow for social distancing requirements for all employees.

  • All HCRBrands Field Service Technicians have been instructed to follow CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, including wearing a company provided mask and gloves when necessary and not reporting to work if they or a family member are sick. All HCRBrands Field Service Staff are subject to temperature checks before each shift.
  • All Field Service Staff have been equipped with disinfecting spray and hand sanitizer and are routinely disinfecting all surfaces before, during, and after their shift.
  • We are limiting social contact by dispatching our Field Service Staff in dedicated teams within dedicated geographic areas.
  • We have plans in place to minimize the impact of the virus if any member of our staff is exposed.
  • To protect both our customers and technicians, we will no longer be asking our customers to sign a daily receipt on our technicians iPad. Upon completion of the job, technicians will still review the work completed and answer any questions. You can view your daily receipt on the MyHCR customer portal.

  • The Territory Sales Team has been instructed to follow CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, including wearing a company provided mask, daily temerature checks, and not reporting to work if they or a family member are sick.
  • The Territory Sales Team has been equipped with disinfecting spray and hand sanitizer are are routinely disinfecting all surfaces before, during, and after their shift
  • The Territory Sales Team is available to discuss projects via video conferencing, email, or phone to support your sales efforts and current or future projects.

  • All HCRBrands Project Coordination & Customer Service Staff have been instructed to follow CDC guidelines regarding social distancing, including wearing a company provided mask, daily temerature checks, and not reporting to work if they or a family member are sick.
  • HCRBrands team members are available via phone, email, or video conferencing to provide the support you need.
